• Free domestic shipping on orders over $300, excluding oversized and specialty items.

• Eligible non-art merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@amphigallery.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

• We do not accept exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@amphigallery.com

• We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
