About the artist
Ke Yang (Yoko) is an emerging artist from Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and graduated from Chengdu University with a degree in Illustration. Driven by a deep interest in ceramics, she later moved to Jingdezhen, China’s historic center of porcelain production, where she spent three years studying and working with clay. After returning to Chengdu in 2025, Ke Yang established her independent ceramic studio. Inspired by popular culture, her work combines illustration and ceramics through hand-drawn imagery, painted surfaces, and sculptural objects.
